NSAL First Vice-President Ramsay presents the $1,000 Ramsay Foundation Award to Alfred Perez, who represents the El Paso Chapter.



Justice for All is the title of Alfred Perez’ artwork, which won the $1,000 Ramsay Foundation Award for "intellect, imagination and industry."
