SUGGESTIONS FOR ART SCHOLARSHIP
APPLICANTS
Art scholarship applicants may consider
additional instruction, advanced study, a tutorial (private study with a teacher), or a
program or summer program in art in the following categories: drawing, pastel drawing,
design, figure drawing, figure painting, portrait drawing or portrait painting,
printmaking, encaustic painting, working in mixed media, painting on glass, illustration,
etc.
Many art centers, colleges, universities, and museums
offer summer programs for artists,

Internet – search "ART PROGRAMS" or "SUMMER ART PROGRAMS."
